Galco opentop concealment pancake and the G17

After a few months of using this Concealment model pancake OWB for the G17 I am very pleased with it. It carrys close and high to the body and makes the chore effortless. It hides and don,t dig at you and can be worn all day. The G17 only is about 32oz. loaded with 18 rds. and carrys very lite and hides very good for a near full size pistol. A sweater, hooded or unhooded sweatshirt or shirt out hides it and of course the jacket which can a hide a few easy. I lkie this rig and pistol combo for the times when you may need more firepower.

I like the three I have. One for full size 1911, another for commander length 1911 & the last for a G23.

They have held up pretty well so far. I have some custom maker's holsters on the way, but the Galcos have served me well.

I have several Galco pancakes and they have served me very well. I currently am using a Bianchi Carry Loc holster and I love it. I agree use what works for you.
