Kahr k9 elite 9mm holster ideas

getting ready to buy a nib kahr 9098 (aka K9 elite) all stainless model. was hoping to get ideas on the best holsters available for either IWB or OWB.

I've had some Alessi stuff (CQC-S) for my Sig 226 and it's very nice. I don't know if he's selling anything for the K9. I've also heard some say that carrying the K9 in a holster worn between the waistband and belt is a good option. I guess you would call this OWB but I'm not sure it's a "belt slide" holster. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated. And, if you have thoughts on the K9, feel free to talk about the quality of Kahr.

Welcome to the forum.

I have a fantastic HBE Leatherworks prototype COM in-the-waistband (IWB) holster for my P9 Covert (same slide as your gun). HBE's COM III and DC Special IWB holsters are outstanding.

My COM IWB holster (on the left):

We have a number of outstanding leathersmiths here; I'm sure one of them if not all of them can make something that you'll like.

I've got and OWB and IWB holsters on order from Gary Brommeland for my PM9, so I know Gary makes for Kahrs. Don't have it yet, but should be here soon.

I have a Kahr K40 Elite, I had Tony and the boys at Milt Sparks - http://www.miltsparks.com/ - run me up one of their 55BN holsters for it. It's basicly a copy of the old Bruce Nelson PROFESSIONAL design. I'm very pleased with it.

Kahr website sells holsters

If you go to the Kahr website and look under holsters, you will see quite a number of holslters available from several manufacturers that fit the various Kahr models. Here are some Mitch Rosen holsters offered there for $75.

after considerable research (some productive, some not), it appears a couple of IWB holsters for the Kahr K9 are getting alot of good reviews. They are, Alessi PCH & Sparks Watch Six Dual Talon. Anybody have experience with these holsters willing to give their pros vs. cons???

I carry my K40 in an Andrews McDaniel II, very nice holsters. Not sure what the current wait time might be. I also like the Defender from KD & the Striker from UBG

Kahr PM or MK 9mm. great holster ideas (IWB, OWB, Pocket)

Besides the holsters shown on Kahr's online store, does anyone have any great holsters for the Kahr MK9? I'd guess the PM models would be identical in size.
