Here is what I use for plain clothes days, and it goes when I take the 220 to a class. I really like it, and holds my 220 well even if I use a crappy belt.
It can be found in lots of places ready to ship. http://www.safariland.com/products.asp?id=15

If you decide to go with that one and cant find one, let me know. I can find one I'm sure.
You can even get it to ride in a high and tight position, a lower mid ride or Wyatt Earp style. I like the high, it conceals well with a light jacket or sweatshirt.

Sixto, Darnit.. You tease!!! I found two (possibly three) holsters on that site that I really liked.. None of them come in the specs for my gun.
Should I start weeping now or petitioning them to broaden their specs.. ![]()

Didn't really see a mention of it in your post here, but I assume you're looking for something for your Kimber. Going on that assumption, here are a couple more for your consideration.
If you like Kydex holsters, the Sidearmor holsters are one of the best I've found. It holds your gun securely and the cant has a 60° adjustment. Personally, I’m not a big fan of Kydex for a concealment holster, but if you are, this is a good one. For an inexpensive leather holster, I am having very good luck with the El Paso Saddlery Street Combat holster. I have been carrying my PPK in one for a couple of months and just got one for my PM9 Kahr. They are lined with suede so they grip you gun even though there is no tension adjustment. I have not had my PPK shake loose yet and I really like an open top holster with no thumb break to fight with. These have no re-inforcement around the top so do tend to collapse a little when empty but so far, I have not had to use two hands for a re-holster. Hoss

Nope! I looked EVERYWHERE on their list, even for ANY comparable 3" 1911.. Nothing. I even emailed it to my husband and told him to look cause he knows exactly what kind of guns would be similar to my 1911. He couldn't find one either. I was so disappointed cause I really liked some of their holsters.. Oh well... I'll find something!

Hi, Lima.
I'd recommend you take a look at an HF1 by Tucker Gunleather. Mine work great for my 3" and 5" Kimbers. If you contact Rob Longenecker, he can tell you the wait time to have one made. Excellent, excellent maker that really stands behind their products. I posted some pics of mine below. Or, you can check with Collectors Firearms in Houston. They had a couple in stock for a 3" 1911 when I was there week before last. This is one of the all-time great gun stores. Another stocking point is Shooters Station in Conroe, Texas (just north of Houston). ![]() ![]() ![]()
