High Riding Forward Tilt Scabbard for a Glock 23 Suggestions
What would be everyone's choice when buying a Tilt-Forward, Hi Rise Belt Scabbard for a Glock 23?
Just Curious. I have a Kramer Horsehide scabbard for my Mouse Gun. Was considering getting one for my Glock. |

I just ordered the Kramer horsehide scabbard for my J frame. I like the comfort of OWB but I'm hoping it'll pull it in real nice an tight. Can't say how it'll work for you Glock. Hope someone answers who has the same setup!

Kramer horsehide belt scabbard and Glock 23...
I have a Kramer black horsehide belt scabbard for my Glock 23, and it works quite well. The horsehide is very stiff, and the gun doesn't move at all once it is holstered.

I have a Kramer for my SIG 229 and it's not bad...I just got on with ordering a Garrity Stead-Fast b/c of the higher ride.

I'll soon be switching my primary carry weapon from a 5" 1911 to a Glock G19 and I decided on Gary Brommeland's Def-Con OWB as my primary holster. It's on order now so I'll report back with pics and a review when possible (the G19's on layaway for about another month anyway thanks to medical bills).

UBG's Bonneville carries pretty high. I got a 15° cant for it but I'll go with 10° on the next one. I like 15° on most but for one that rides this high, I'd prefer a little less cant. Great holster, I wear it daily.
Jack, I got a look at a Def-Con some months back. I think your gonna like it. Beatifully made holster. |

I will be receiveing a Don Hume 721OT in the mail within the next day or so. I ordered it brand new directly from the factory. It cost me $37 and some change. I'll probably send it back to Don Hume but I could sell it to you for $35 DELIVERED from Oklahoma just to keep me from shipping back to Hume and waiting on a refund from them. You can go to www.donhume.com and see what it looks like. It is BLACK, right handed, with 1.5" belt slots (instead of 1.75" like most) for a Glock 19/23.

I use a Galco Concealable for my OTB carry of my Glock 19 (same size weapon) and it works well once I broke it in and the noticable leather squeak stopped.
