I carry my G26 in a Fist K4A holster at about 8 o'clock (I shoot left-handed). The Fist holster is adjustable for cant and I have it set at about 5˚ forward cant. I’d have more cant, but if I do the J-hook presses on the magazine release and drops my magazine (one of the disadvantages of shooting lefty.)

I wear mine at 3:00 and cover a full size m&p40 easily. If you wear against the skin you can put a layer of mole skin on back to soften feel.

Been experimenting with my cz75. So far the most comfortable and most well hidden is between 9:00 and 10:00 (left handed) With about a 15-20 degree cant. Problem is that the thumb break prints more than the gun itself though.
