Good luck with the surgery. I hope the surgeon remembers to wash his/her hands before cutting.
This is one of the many reasons that I shoot with both hands. I also carry at least two guns, one always accessable to the "off hand". I second the idea of a J-Frame in the weak side pocket. You will most likely not be able to draw as fast as you can with your strong arm, so having a gun in your pocket can bring you back up to speed. The advantage of a J-Frame in the pocket is, it's a very natural posture to walk around with your hand in your pocket. The fastest draw is a gun in hand. Think about it. You can walk around with your hand on your gun and nobody the wiser. Biker ![]() |
