Not a bad article. I agree with alot of what he wrote; however, the PM9/40 are even smaller than the P40. Yes, the revolver's sloping lines help in pocket carry, that's why so many people recommend them, myself included.
Anyways, unless you're driving/seated alot, it's a good method for a small gun & can be very quick to action.

I enjoyed the article. Pocket carrying is just like any other method. Its trial and error.

Great article, I agree wholeheartedly. My preferred mode of carry is IWB but, for reasons mentioned in the article, about 95% of the time I have a Kimber Ultra Carry II in my pocket, in a Sam Andrews www.andrewsleather.com pocket holster. As he mentioned in the article I had a problem with where to carry all of the stuff I need/like to have with me all of the time (Glasses, cell phone, pill box, eye drops, pen and a spare magazine, etc.) I solved that problem with a belt pouch that has multiple interior pockets that nicely hold the stuff and two pockets on the outside that fit my phone and spare magazine perfectly. The pouch is the "Nite Ize" from Pock-its.
