First, I find IWB carry uncomfortable, but would like to find a IWB holster for my Walther P99c. Because I am continually coming and going and don't carry when I am at home, I want a clip on type holster that I can put on and take off quickly. And, as importantly, I am looking for the thinnest leather holster around that my P99c will fit. I know that Kydex is thin, but I would also like one in leather.

I realize that "comfort" is very subjective, so with those two criteria, easy on and off, and thin leather, I am open to all sugggestions.

A single clip style will probably work better, since you want easy on/off. I'd recommend UBG holsters "Nassar" IWB (I have 2 of them).

The one for my Taurus PT145 Mil Pro is definitely made out of thinner leather than the one for my Kahr PM9. The clip will not come off until you want it to. I clip it to my pants, not the belt, often without any problems. As a bonus, it's tuckable too. He's also price well & still has a decent turn around time, although that's been increasing (Probably for a good reason...hmmm

I would say something from K&D. I think belt loops are an option.

I have two recommendations depending upon your budget and timeline. If you have time and money, get a Tucker Texas Heritage....very comfortable, very thin, but a bit of a wait and around $90.

If you are in a hurry or on a budget take a look at Highnoon...I use a Bare Asset that is VERY comfortable with a CZ75 Compact. And at only $24.95 a very good price (and they do make it for your model). Plus they usually have what you want in stock (for that model anyway)....

I can help eliminate one possibly. The Galco NSAII IWB fits the criteria that you are asking, but with no front support, it tends to nosedive into the pants. Plus, because of the thinner leather, it is a PIA to re-holster.

I would definately get something that has a forward clip as well as a rear clip to avoid this. If you are sitting/driving all the time, then this holster would be fine, but since I am up and down, and in and out of a car/truck all the time, this doesn't work out for me at all.

I also think that for IWB the wider the clips the better for stability and comfort. It helps to maintain a thinner profile.

Try Sideguard.com Very thin and light. I have a couple and they work nicely.

I carry an XD9 SC in mine, it's a good holster.
It can be carried weak side, small of back or strong side, the give you an extra clip to adapt it for these options.
I think mine cost about $25 on eBay.
Definitely recommended.
