Absolutely...and I want to make it triple-clear to everyone that I have NOT tried to contact him and given him the chance to fix it. Was just wondering if no one else had this problem. He was fantastic during the ordering process, as well...very nice guy.

But I don't want to send the belt back b/c I need it...! But I guess I can get along wearing my black Sparks belt for a few weeks.

Maybe I'll try him next week when I'm back from some business.

Yeah, you should be getting it real soon. I was thinking about ordering a horse one myself in brown. They seem nice on the site. Let us know how you like it and post some photos. How does the lizard hold up?

Seriously, no one else has had this problem?? I've just been touching it up with a sharpie, but it doesn't look too good and wears off quickly. My fault for not bringing the issue to his attention immediately, of course...I should call him and see what the story is.
Funny, I had the same problem with mine. The edging started coming off after the first use. I also have been touching it up with a sharpie. I guess great minds think alike.

I have also NOT contacted Jim regarding the problem. I just thought that was a normal thing.

I will be calling Jim tomorrow to see what the deal is.

Thanks for posting with your problem AgentX. I probably would have just let this go.

I've had mine a few months now, and it's the best I've ever owned, or could imagine; reasonably priced as well.

And it got here lickety-split, too.

First rate all around.

I'd give him a call if there's a problem.

+1 from me! I love my Belt Man belt!

I even got lucky and he sent me a horse hide belt he had in stock even though I only paid for cow hide! What a guy!

I'll be getting my next belt from him as well!
