Contact Looper Leathergoods out of OKC at 1-800-299-5667. They make one called the Looper Kydex belt. It's 2 layers of leather with a strip of Kydex sandwiched between for a GUARANTEED no warping belt...if it warps - they replace it F-R-E-E! They sell for $29.95 + tax and shipping. When it was all said and done, mine came to just under $40 total.
And here's the best part... They PROBABLY have your size IN STOCK!!! ![]() Teresa will prolly answer the phone...or maybe Suzanne or Bart. Tell whoever answers that Evan Lee sent you! ![]() |

I had kevin make me a belt at the same time as my Laredo Defender.
One of the nicest belts I've ever owned and I have a had a bunch from several makers. Reasonable price and super high quality.

Kevin makes a nice belt, plenty stiff and strong. Beltman also makes a nice belt. The nicest belt I've got is from Andrews Leather, does not have the heavy, thick gun belt look to it, but it is a great gun belt, supports my Mc DII and Kahr K40 very nicely.

I opted for a belt without the liner. Mine has already warped. Fits well and works great, but it is warped. How much warpage is normal?
I might try one of loopers.

There is nothing wrong with a belt "warping" or curving to fit your body.
I've had some really nice belts over the years that are still more than serviceable and have taken on a very pronounced curve. As long as the belt remains stiff where it needs to there is nothing to worry about. The only thing I really hate about a nice leather belt is that it gets scuffed where the holster or accessory is mounted .

I have also been looking at a belt, as I am about to purchase a CompTAC holster for my G19. Has anyone tried the velcro on the belt with the V-clips? I looked at the Kydex reinforced belts, but am wondering if the whole velcro thing is a little on the hokey side...
