Comp T.A.C. "V" clip question
As I have had a few concealed permit holders notice that I have a clip on my belt, and ask if I am carrying while at work (yes, I think they are missing a few brain cells too).
I have been looking into the "V" clips with the Comp TAC holster for maximum concealment of a tuckable holster. Has anyone used these before? I am just wondering about the durability and functionality of them, and wonder if they are even worth the effort.

They're definitely worth the effort. A good holster using V-Clips and a Beltman Velcro lined belt ... wonderful.

I like mine. Nearly invisible, and they can be made even more invisible if needed. (trimming the bottom edge, painting the top edge the color of the pants).

This has been discussed at length somewhere here before.
Basically, they are very discreet and concealable - but there is a trade-off depending on your specific tastes. That is that the holster simply will not shift or move, and cannot be adjusted without almost completely removing it and repositioning it. The velcro literally locks it in place. Now, like I said, this may be viewed as a pro or a con depending on your individual preference. Some people like the stability of it; others prefer to be able to shift or move their holster just slightly throughout the day, such as when they sit down.

Comp Tac C clips should make a nice compromise between more concealability and more flexibility (to Mark Garrity's point).

I use the standard clips on all my CTACs but the V-clips seem to be highly regarded in general.
