Taurus 605 2" barrel

I've been given a Taurus 605 and I want to get a ankle holster for it but I'm not having any such luck finding anything that will work on this hammerless model. It may be a little big for ankle carry but it will only be for short periods of times so I may be able to pull it off. I may not be looking in the right places. Everything I've come across won't work as far as can tell but, I've never shopped for an ankle holster. Any ideas/suggetions will be extremely helpful.

Thanks!

DeSantis might have what you're looking for.

I carry my 642 hammerless j-frame in the Desantis Apache, never had a problem with it. The retention strap has a thumb break and the strap itself is secured to the holster with velcro so I just angle it a little. The pouch that the gun sits in is elastic and during normal wear I've never had it shift on me.

Thanks, I saw the DeSantis but wasn't sure if it would fit. A little research is telling me that lots of holsters that fit the SW j-frame 642 will fit my gun as well.

Thanks again!

Renegade makes a great ankle rig for the 2" snub and it will fit your Taurus fine...no thumb breaks to fiddle with...just grab and yank...the strap is a pull thru design....
