wow im smart

donno why i didnt think of this earlier...
I'm 5'9 115 lb female and carry (or will be carrying once i get my cpl) a kimber aegis (3" 1911) about 5 oclock IWB.
I can conceal it fine with some kind of loose unbuttoned shirt thing or a jacket of course but i noticed that just a tshirt wont quite do it if i need to bend down for whatever reason (although is fine if im just upright walking around). Well I just noticed how nicely my "purse" bag thing covers it up! (over the shoulder type) . i can bend over completely with zero probs and get to my purse when standing up without it interfering.
sweet

There's just nothing like experience to figure out easier ways of doing things. Goody for you.

That sounds like a good fix ... ''camoflage''. I guess about anything shoulder carried can well be potentially used to add an extra 'layer' of cover.

Nice solution and good to come up with it before actual carry when the permit arrives..

Food for thought. Will the bag or purse strap get in the way of a natural draw? Will it hinder aiming (hanging off your arm)?
would a small backpack style purse work as equally effective camouflage?
