Pager Pal Holsters

I have just registered to post on the site and must say it is very informative. At a gun show recently, I ran accross a "Pager Pal" IWB holster and wondered if any one here has experience with one. At 65.00 I'd rather have some input if possible. I realize carry is a personal thing but if anyone has info or has one, I'd like to hearfrom you.

Thanks, Jerry

Welcome to the forum! I think that I can speak for almost everyone here in that the PagerPal Holster is a piece of junk. First of all, very few (if any) wear pagers anymore. The cell phone attachment does not fit very many phones. The leather is substandard, and bends in such a way as to convince others that you are either carrying a firearm, or you are a porn star. You might take a moment to review previous threads in here concerning the "popularity" of the PagerPal holster...

I had considered it when I first started carrying, but after reading testimony after tesitmony of the negative reviews, I decided against it. There are actually other holsters that you might want to look at for that type of carry that can be found. Many here use the "Smart Carry" holster for those needs. I myself use a pocket holster for my S&W 442, and the Comp-TAC for the G19, therefore I do not carry near "the boys"...

Jerry - welcome.

As has been said - the overall concensus on that item is that it is crap!! Could be if you do a search here you'll find info - I recall one thread about it at least.

Someone gave me one once. Tried it out once. It is junk. I tossed it or donated it to someone else's collection. I knew a guy who thought they were just the cat's meow. I believe he liked the "codpiece" effect however.

I'll repeat what everybody else is saying that the are junk. I got one in my holster drawer collecting dust. Luckily I only paid $20 for it on eBay. Save you money for much better IWB holsters. Were you by chance at the gun show in Tucson over the weekend? If so let me know and I will throw you mine.
