I've got an IWB Dakota Defender from K&D for mine. Use it almost everyday. Also a Fist Basic OWB, excellent holster.

I use a Crossbreed Super Tuck for my XD 9 SC. Best holster I've ever owned, definitely worth the wait.

Carry my XD9SC in a Fist #43 which, as the pic shows, allows for either IWB or OWB carry. Both carry modes work quite well.

I would also suggest something from K&D Holsters (http://kdholsters.com/) . I have the Cochise Defender which I love. It is a very well made holster at a very fair price!! There is a wait time involved, but it is worth it. Kevin is a great guy to deal with also!! Here are some pictures of my Cochise Defender. It is a very comfortable holster to wear also. The gun is a M&P Compact, but the pics will give you some idea of the quality of Kevin's work. The trim is Elephant trunk.

Yes, and the best part is that the wait isn't that bad. (OK, maybe it is while you're waiting for it). I hear it's down to a few weeks. Great value too.

Check out the Don Hume 715c.
It is very comfortable. It wasn't until I bought this holster that I realized how often I left my gun at home. I carry alot more now.

MS VMII, but it needed mods to make it work>melt the nylon threads near the reinforcement band, bevel the XD ejection port

All this from a semi-custom holster w/6month wait time
