Question regarding belt sizing
I have a Looper leather kydex reinforced belt right now and one hole is too loose, if i move it to the next hole it is too tight. I need a hole in the middle, (please no dirty or rude comments, lol) I was looking at ordering a Beltman belt but I am worried that the holse punched would be in the same place as my Looper belt. My belt size is 34, would all 34 size belts have the holes punched in the same place? Or should I just try to gain a little weight? lol.

You should be fine with a beltman. he does 7 holes 3/4" apart vs Looper's 5 holes 1" apart. Since Beltman holes are closer this will give you a bit more fine tuning ability.
I really like my Looper belts but was dissapointed to see they use snaps instead of Chicago screws. That is my only complaint but they are fantastic belts. |

I just punch or drill new holes. Sometimes I need 1/4" difference. Got to be comfortable.

If need be, go to a shoe repair person.

I didn't even think to make a new hole myself. I will try that, but I am going to order the Beltman anyways. Thanks for the advice.

I've drilled before (it leaves a ragged edge).
Then touch up with correct colored magic markers. Works for me. |
