+1 for the eagle defender. I got mine about a month or two ago and it works great. Fit is perfect and it rides high and tight.

I'll second the K&D Laredo Defender, I especially like the snap loops.

Sweet rig, DB!

I'm patiently (or not) awaiting mine for a P7M8.
Any day now!

My favorite OWB holster is my Blackhawk SERPA holster. But, it isn't really a CCW holster. I use it when I open carry.

For CCW with an OWB I really like the Don Hume Agent 711: Open Top Concealment Holster. SEE IT HERE.

It costs about $58 and is very well made. I am usually a Kybex guy but when I want a leather holster for one reason or another, this is the one I reach for.

They also make a version with a thumb break. You can see it HERE.
It usually runs about $65.

My favorite is the Askins avenger type made by several manufacturers.

My favorite right now is Mitch Rosen's UPL holster. It rides high and tight and I prefer a straight vertical draw vs a canted draw. I also like FIST's Kydex #9 with a straight cant. Those 2 are what I usually grab while going OWB

What torrejon says goes for my Mitch Rosen lined Premier Full Detail holsters for my 229 and my 239. Plus they smell good. And thanks to orangehole for helping me decide on Mitch's gear. I got companion mag carriers and one of his belts and the whole rig is really sweeeet...

Thank you everyone so far for the suggestions. Great info as usual. If there are any other suggestions that would be great.
