Free Holster and Mag Holster for free from Comp-Tac?

Got a phone call saying the company made history today. So my order was going to be refunded and the order was on its way along with another package that included a hat, I think. Couldn't really hear because I was at work. I hope this is true. Just thought I would share and see if anyone else got the same phone call.

I think it is a one millionth type deal. They did not ask for my CC number. I got about 6 emails saying that I am getting a refund. I will find out if I am a lucky customer in a couple of days.

Purely by coincidence, I spoke with Greg from Comp-Tac today. I had forgotten all about this thread, but he mentioned something about being very happy about reaching a milestone and I asked him about it and mentioned armory's post. He wasn't aware of the posting and was pleasantly surprised to hear about it.

He said that the company had reached their sales quota for the year on that day, obviously well ahead of the end of the year, and that they chose to celebrate by giving him the freebie. He's the only customer who got anything, since he's the one who put them over the top. So congratulations armory!

I guess I was close. I just got a new Comp-Tac paddle that arrived on the 8th. I was, knowing my luck, just ONE order away from the "golden ticket." Guess I'll have to be satisfied with another great holster and Smarties.
By the way, I have worn this paddle for a couple of days with a steel framed 4 inch 1911, and am very happy about the ride and stability compared to the older style, without the little Velcro circles and taller hooks.
