I have a few iwb holsters for different guns and by far the most comfortable has the quickest draw as well. It's a crossbreed super tuck.

Of course everyone is different in their opinion and what works for them may not work for you.
Arguably, one of the most comfortable, has a large following, is in high demand, and for me... The best there is, would be the Brommeland Max-Con V or VI which can be bought from Coal Creek Armory here. Coal Creek's website is currently under redesign, but you can get their address and phone number from front page that is currently up and running. Gary is no longer taking orders direct from customers due to back-log and health issues but still has his website where you can find the models he makes and learn about his methods and craftsmanship. His holsters are now being sold exclusively through Coal Creek Armory. You can find the Brommeland website here. If looking for an excellent OWB holster, check out his Def-Con holsters! I especially like the unique way he cuts the belt slots which aids in keeping the butt of the gun snug in, close to the body! While I do plan on trying other great custom holsters, I will buy more Brommelands for all my carry guns as long as they are still being made!

My G23 rides in a Comp-Tac CTAC or MTAC.
I will say Leatherneck's K&D looks mighty fine though.

I have tried many IWB, including the Comp-Tac MTAC & CTAC. My vote is for the Crossbreed Supertuck Deluxe. Most have not tried various custom holsters from several custom makers and therfore do not have anything to compare it against. The only way to know for sure is to start trying a couple of them out. I know Crossbreed has a 2 week trial period. I believe Comp-Tac may also. There is always the off the shelf brands like Don Hume and such - but the comfort level in my experience leaves a lot to be desired. Your perfect holster will be the one you are satisfied with. Several great makers out there. jmo

No one best for everyone, FAR TOO MANY CHOICES out there and everyone has likes and dislikes. I've found the M Tac by Comp Tac to be the best for me to date. It will handle any of my Glocks, models 19,23,26 & 27, comfortable, secure, easy draw and I got in less than I week. Try it, if you don't like it ,they have a liberal return policy. I can also recommend the IWB's by UBG. I have several for my other guns and like them very much. There are PLENTY of holster to choose from. just depends on what features YOU want, how much YOU want to spend and how long YOU want to wait. Happy searching.
