Nossar Gunleather - On waiting list...???

I just sent an email to be placed on the waiting list at Nossar Gunleather. For those of you who have placed orders with Nossar, wondering if you could provide some insight into the process at this point. I know they're located in Peru. How does delivery work, approximate wait time or time until contacted, etc. Any info would be appreciated. His work seems sick. TIA

Beat ya to it, Jim. Added myself to the list this morining too. We must have been reading each others minds or something. If there website rings true we are looking at 6-8 week's but I'd bet that is a pipe dream.

Which (1) or (4) are you thinking about?

I will be asking him how many dummy guns he has? Plan on ordering a few Stingrays with possibly some exotic trimmings. Considering trying out the newer Valovak. I believe torrejon224 recently received his order in approx. 3 months. Regardless, I know it's gonna be an expensive phone call.

Personally, I'm thinking an IWB-III, set up exactly like the one on his website holding the Delta-Elite, for a 5" 1911, plus a few Snap/BPBs for different handguns.

While there are a lot of IWB holsters I'm eyeballing for 1911 carry, that IWB-III holding the Delta Elite really does it for me.

I emailed him about a month ago and never heard anything? Kinda wondering if I am on the list. Did any of you get a confirmation email or anything?

You should get an email back from him. He was having some server problems and was not getting all of his mail. AOL was also blocking his mail for a while (again, something about the server in Peru). Alex is great about getting back to people in general.
Alex sends his holsters by the batch to Ned Christiansen and Ned mails them out to the individuals. They even come in a nice little monogrammed polar-fleece bag.
Waiting stinks, but they are well worth it! (Speaking of which, I should have something in the next batch.

Is a Snap/BPB a holster on his site ? Just curious, did not see anything like that, or am I totally missing something here.

I have quite a few of Alex's holsters with two more on the way for my 10mms. He is an excellent person to deal with but unfortunately now that he has been "discovered" his lead times are getting like the others. As mentioned earlier, you get on his waiting list and he will contact you when your time comes. He makes the holster and send them to gunsmith Ned Christiansen in Michigan who will contact you when he gets them. Payment is made to Ned and he will ship the holsters to you. His aol address has been having issues but switch the aol.com to yahoo.com and it should get thru.
