M-tac or a C-tac, I swear by Comp-tac holsters and have one for every pistol I own. I went thru many holsters before finding this company.

Good fast shipping too...

Is the glock too big for a pocket holster? You should read this article on pocket holsters if you haven't already.

It might be your best bet for t-shirt carry.

I have found this to be the most comfortable IWB I have tried. When i get a new gun I will probably buy a Super Tuck for it. They have a 2 week trial period and a lifetime warranty. How can you go wrong. Follow the link below.

+1 on the Crossbreed

+1 for smart carry. I live in Florida and only wear shorts and t-shirts most of the time. I carry an M&P .40 and a spare magazine everywhere I legally can. My wife couldn't even tell I was carrying when I only had shorts on. You won't win any quick draw contests, but you can always be concealed.

A Sparks VM2H. I wear it under a tshirt in the summer, and prefer horsehide.

I carry a G23 in a Comptac CTAC and my holster search is over. I've tried all the big names and the CTAC is better for my purposes.

There have been some great suggestions so far and I would like to add my own. I picked up this IWB holster at a gun show a year or so ago from this guy https://www.gunleather.com/cart/shopexd.asp?id=33

This holster is by no means the best ever made or the most comfortable and is really just a way to get a holster that is adjutable that will help you figure out what works best for you. You can adjust the cant anywhich way you like as well as swap the belt loop from side to side giving you the ability to carry crossdraw, appendix,SOB,behind the hip etc. You might try something like this before you spend alot of money on a nicer holster to make sure that you get what you want.

Though I have no personal experience with Brommeland Max Con V, others speak highly of it as well.

The key is a good quality holster AND belt.
+ 1 on the good IWB and belt. I have both from UBG and with my Kahr PM 9 I don't even feel it. I also wear shorts in the summer with T's and cargo pants, Jeans or work slacks in the winter with long sleeved heavier T's.

An OWB rig won't pull as close as a IWB for obvious reasons. For me it was a comfort issue. I am just not a fan of IWB carry. I have no issues concealing under a untucked polo or tshirt. Body types are different though.

If you have the option visit your local GS and see if they have any holsters you can try on while in the store. The one near me will let you unpackage and don the holster before buying. Just ask.

Go try on a galco or the like and see how IWB feels to you. then you can choose the maker for your purchase.

Holsters aint all that cheap and if you buy one and don't like it, you won't wear it.
How do you like the Bonneville? I have one on order. I love Nate's IWB Canute for my PM 9 and ordered the Bonneville for my 1911.
