I'm on a complete holster purchase binge right now and I am in the process of ordering multiple IWBs for my P229R. I just want to find the best one for me and the only way to find out is to actually try some of them. I know what's gonna end up happening is that I will only want to keep 2 of these holsters after I get them. So, my question is: will I have a hard time selling really lightly used LEFT HANDED custom holsters for my P229R? I have no experience selling on this forum and was wondering if selling holsters here is an easy or hard task (considering they will be left handed).

If you had a left handed holster for a Glock 19, S&W 22-4 or a Ruger GP100 I might be interested.

However, only about 10% of the population is left, (wrong handed), right brained. So, as you can see, that exprapolates to about 10 out of 100 shooters being right brained.

Personally, I've never bought a used holster unless it came with the pistol. (not many) I'm right handed also, so I'd say try them out at the shop. Maybe I am too used to shops in my area that carry just about everything, and anything one could want. I have also been know to check pawn shops in the unlikely, but prossible event someone has ditched something that may be of use to me. The one and only holster I purchased off the internet was researched fully before funds were transfered--[factory Mitch Rosen 'upper limit express' for my G27] IMO, (in my opinion), you'll have a hard time unloading yourself of what you do not need. A "binge" hardly ever turns out on the good side---unless you're drinking. There are better ways of choosing what's right for you and your needs without 'mistakes'. Every holster/rig I've ever purchased is still in my repertoire to this day. Personally, I wouldn't call it luck, just discretionary purchasing.

I am left handed as well and CCW a P229. No (r), but the profile is close enough.
