Can you post pictures of how you carry?
As you might have noticed, I am kind of new to carrying. This is all fascinating to me, but I could use some help.
I am studying how other people carry their guns. I have read through a bunch of the forum and lots of people say I carry < gunX > in < holsterY > IWB/OWB, etc, etc, etc. That is helpful, but I would like to see some actual pictures of how this is done. I recently read one post where the guy showed his SmartCarry holster when he was fully clothed, if you will, and then showed how it was actually carried with his pants lowered. (insert snide comment here.) I know this is going to be a slower post because you will have to have someone take a picture of you when the gun is concealed and another with your shirt (or whatever) raised so we can see how it is placed and holstered. Then to upload it in a web resolution. (Uploading a 5 megapixel file is overkill. 72 dpi is all you need.) But this would very much help this newbie avoid some of the common mistakes that could lead to embarrassing moments. One of the issues I face is that I am a relatively short guy standing 5'5" and weighing 150 pounds. This presents many of the same issues that women have. (Carrying a fanny pack is not an option.) Carrying a Glock 23/27 for a 6'0" 225 pound man is not as hard, so any advice would be appreciated. I finally figured out that I had to buy pants 1-2 waist sizes bigger to accommodate an IWB holster. Duh. But how do you wear your t-shirts, dress shirts, etc with the holster? How do you conceal it? How do you keep it from printing? That is why pictures would help. Thanks in advance. |

Thanks. Guess my search wasn't as good as I had thought.

Since the OP has been directed to a thread already running on this topic, this one can be closed.
