As of yesterday Lightning Arms only has the Fatti ISP-LP in-stock for the P7M8.

I don't even want to know what a Del Fatti costs.

I should have said that is the only IWB holster they have available. I did not ask about OWB. I think my wallet would kill me if I purchased one. $207+. That's almost 1000rds of 40cal

Couldn't figure out how to edit post

Only have the photos from the sale, no 'in action' photos.

Arawn, is that front snap unsnapped or does it just stick out? And how come you didn't chrome your take down button...

If you have a P7(PSP) rather than a P7M8 then your choices are more limited. Lightning Arms does not stock any leather for the P7(PSP) and doesn't seem to appreciate inquiries on the matter. I went with a Canute from UBG. This turned out to be a very well made and handsome holster, but it was molded to a P7M8 with a short muzzle length forward of the trigger guard. With Nates direction and a little hot water and saran wrap, however, I was able to get it to fit the PSP quite well.

LoveLeather,

The top/front half of the front snap is separating a bit. I've been meaning to take some clearer/closer pictures of it and contact Kevin, but I haven't gotten around to it.

The take-down button, along with the internals were duracoated black by the previous owner.

I'm thinking about trying the PCS XSC holster, but I don't like how the end is squared and not sewn shut at an angle (i.e. no extra leather below muzzle) Pocket Concealment Systems, Inc.: XDC

On an unrelated note, their belts look nice, can't rely see the thickness though.
