Milt Sparks VMII or Watch 6
Which one do you like better & why? The Watch Six is thinner, horsehide, with no reinforced mouth. The VMII is thicker with reinforced mouth for reholstering. I am looking for options for my Glock 26. Thanks!

I voted for the VMII. However, I'd look hard at the TT Gunleather more affordable version of it that will ship in 3-4 weeks instead of 6 months. TT GunLeather High Quality Leather Gun Holsters

VMII here. It's not ALOT thicker, and you can reholster w/one hand.

I have 2 Watch 6's and I think it would be better because of comfort.
We all want the thinnest setup possible and this gives you that. It's made as well as the Versa just no reinforced mouth. We're not taking it out 50 times a day so reholstering is a non issue.

Does anybody have any experience with both of them that could compare?

VM-II because of the reinforced opening that allows one handed re-holstering.
The VM-II is horsehide on the side against your body which is the only place you really need it. ![]() ![]()

I have both, and consider the Watch 6 slightly more comfortable because of the unsupported mouth. I've stated in many posts that the majority of us holster the weapon in the morning, and remove it at night. No need for a reinforced opening. However, I've found the VM2 to be a blessing when I go to the bathroom, or need to discreetly tuck in my undergarments. I simply draw, and set my pistol wherever it's secure, and do my business. It's very nice to be able to do a one-hand reinsertion. I carry a 1911, and find the difference in thickness to be minimal. In my huge holster drawer, for an IWB, I'd definately go with the VM2. It also gives you the option of competitive shooting.

I too have both. Common sense tells me that since the Watch Six is thinner, it should be the more comfortable one. But it's not in my opinion. I really can't explain it but whenever I wear my VMII G26, I would always tell myself "MAN, THIS JUST FEELS RIGHT!!"
Watch Six - G26 I need to take a picture of my VMII with the G26 but here's another one with my 442 ![]() |

VM2 is my first and only choice for IWB.

I got a message (after sending him a PM) from Tony @ Milt Sparks. I think I'm going with the VMII from Lightning Arms (if they have one). I know I can always sell it quickly if it doesn't work out. Thanks to all who replied!
