IWB issues with different pants

I have a tuckable IWB holster that works great in my Levis 501s, but is uber uncomfortable in my work jeans (uniform company) that are off brand but are probably close to Wranglers. I position the holster at 3:45 just like my Levis, but my pants rotate clockwise after about an hour putting the weapon at about 4:30, and the waistband is higher than the Levis by a good inch (please, no clock or time telling puns or jokes).

Drawing is also noticeably more difficult with my work pants vs my Levis.

Get another holster for work, or adjust cant and depth every time I switch?

Can you switch the belt loop that you use to time your holster? I find some pants, and those good pants that actually have 7 loops, need to have the holster positioned differently.

Personally, if the problem can be resolved with another holster for work, that's what I'd do. Life's just too short to re-adjust your holster a couple of times each day IMO.......

Yup, tried that, and even tried spacers on the front clip to keep it forward like my flashlight holster, and key loop (before it got mounted to the holster clip). The problem resides with the pants rotating, and tightening the belt does not help. I am thinking that because of the waist line of the jeans, the holster is riding higher and my hip bone is forcing it around (5' 15" and 165#).

It would be more like Saturday mornings and Monday mornings, but a pain just the same. I may try this a few times.

I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem, and if so, what the solution was.

I'm 5' 14"/160 and have the same problem. If I hook in front of belt loops (3:00), pants rotate. Behind, holster rotates. Sometimes I just leave it, but it prints more. I'm considering snaps/buttons for the waistband so I can put it exactly where I want it.

Are you wearing an undershirt? What is your holster made of? Are you 5 feet 15 inches? or something else?

Yup, started as soon as I got the holster.

It was originally a Crossbreed Supertuck, but because they do not make one specifically for my weapon, and the recommended type was a poor fit, so I re-molded it but I still wanted full barrel coverage from both the leather backing and the kydex, I made my own. The leather backing on the skin/under clothing side is suede. The OEM holster had the same problem.

I also made one for my CO2 airsoft practice gun with the same ride height, and cant for an identical draw. It has the same problem. Does great in the Levis, but the work pants rotate. In all cases, the forward clip is in front of the 3:00 belt loop.

Not sure if you got the joke here. Yeah 5' 15" (6' 3") tall. The lady at the DMV didn't laugh either after she caught it 3 questions later. Tall skinny, and I can fit through a gap 8" wide x 3 feet high.
