Holsters for S&W Model 60-15 357 Mag

Greetings all. I just found this great site this afternoon. You already did me a great favor by steering me to ammunitiontogo. I just purchased a S&W Model 60-15 Halo, 357 Mag. I was wondering if anyone has found a source for holsters. Being a 3" barreled J frame there doesn't seem to be too much out there. I'm a big fan of paddle holsters. This will be my 1st revolver in 20 years. Actually 2nd as I bought a Charter 32H&R Magnum for the wife last week. That will be mine until she obtains her pistol permit. I bought a Fobus for the Charter and assume the 60 will fit, but the barrel will be exposed. Probably not a good idea with the Hi Viz front sight. Thanks for any leads. rayjay

I bought a Don Hume 715 IWB for my 60-15 from Gunner's Alley.

Thanks, I'll look into it. They don't show it for a Model 60, which model did you order it for? They do show a Ruger SP101 in 3", I wonder if that will work?

I would not think so - why don't you call and talk to Brad or Ed?

I am not sure what the M 60 Halo is. I have a M 60-10 with 3 inch barrel.
I am about to talk to Brock, Bluegrass Holsters, about an OWB for mine.
Give him a call, and I think he can make what you want, although I don't know what the Halo is.

Regards,
Jerry

Thumbs up

I recommend TT Gunleather. Tim is in the process of building one for a S&W 29 3". I am quite sure that it will be of the same quality as my SA Champions IWB. He's a great guy to deal with and is just getting started in the OWB line. He makes a quality product at an outstanding price IMO!
