| Defensive Carry Holsters & Carry Options There are some really good defensive carry holster designs, as well as some very bad ones on the market today. Whether you are in the market for a new holster or just discovered another perfect carry option, let us know about it here. |

Ruger LCP Holsters
Lot of anticipation for the Ruger LCP to hit the market. If you're looking to get one how are you going to carry it? I have heard some rumours that the LCP may fit existing KT holsters. There is currently a short list of holsters available on the Ruger site, but we know that will grow when the custom makers start crafting. If you're carrying a KT what are you using?
For pocket carry, I have had my eye on the Brigade M-42 Pocket Pro, but think I would prefer one made to my specs by another custom holster maker (K&D maybe)??? ![]() ![]() If I go custom I think it would have to look like this ![]() I also like this Kirkpatrick Mini Clip for a quick IWB. ![]()

I'm sure Matt Del Fatti and Kevin at K&D will be able to make some nice ones for the Ruger. I've got that same Del Fatti alligator pocket holster on order for my Seecamp .380 (which I'm waiting for too!). There's a bunch out there for the KelTec that would probably work just as well since the Ruger looks VERY similar.

I emailed Kramer, who makes the best pocket holsters in my opinion. I'll let you know his response when I get it. I won't settle for "something close".

If Ruger were really on top of it, they would use their casting facilities to make a couple hundred dummy guns and get them to holstermakers even before the guns hit the streets!

Kevin at K&D Holsters made this holster for my Kel-tec P380. The Ruger LCP is very similar and I bet this holster or one very close would work. It has been a great holster that has seen a lot of wear and still looks practically brand new. I am including a couple of pics.

That is one nice holster.
May have to inquire on one. What was the price? |

I know that Brock at Bluegrass made me a holster for my LCP that works great. Though I am not a big fan of the LCP itself, so it went to the wife along with the holster.

I know that Kevin has the mold for the LCP. I was strongly considering going with one of his custom defenders, like the one above for the Keltec.
