I ordered a Dakota Defender in black with shark trim for my XD40SC, and a Cochise Defender in oil tan for the wife's SP101 snubbie, and a black belt and mag holder for the XD.

Jr,

I placed my order on 10/20/07. This past Saturday marked the 17 week point. A little outside of the 14-16 weeks quoted, but I am fine with that. Kevin had some health issues crop up, and I don't mind waiting for quality work at a great price.

No complaints here, but I have to say, I am getting a little anxious.

Thanks for the order date Mike..... mine was place on 11/9, so it won't be to long. Like you its close to the quoted time and Kevin has been great to deal with. In a post on this forum that mentioned he had some health issues come up, I was quick to reply that I would rather have him focus on getting well vs making us all happy with an exact delivery date. It sounds to me that he is trying to balance it all and doing a good job. Stay well Kevin!

Um, yea..mine got billed 01/08/08 -
I'm patient to a fault sometimes but when it comes to Kevins work I'll wait it out no problem.
Actually, when I called - he answered, said, should be here this week or next depending on the transportation time. They were in production last week.
