Mika's Pocket Holster for S&W 638
I had originally puchased a Desanti's Nemesis and returned it the next day.
After a bit of research, I stumbled upon Mika's Pocket Holster's I purchased one of his pocket holsters for my S&W 638. I'm extremely pleased with it. Very easy to draw from and re-holster. The holster stays in the pocket as it should and does an effective job of holding the gun in one position in the pocket. It took roughly 5-6 weeks for the holster to arrive. This might seem too long to wait for a $20 holster, but I'm glad I did. I realize that some of these smaller holster maker's have other jobs (as Robert does), so I'm willing to cut them a bit of slack when it comes to the wait. He was very quick to point out that it would take a while before I would receive my holster due to his backlog and schedule. Well worth it in my opinion. Anyway, here's some pics: ![]() ![]() Last edited by rodeymo; March 4th, 2008 at 11:44 PM.. Reason: I need to be better about proof reading what I write.... |

Rodeymo - I also have the same holster for my 642. It really is a nice pocket holster and worth the wait. No one can ever tell that I'm carrying. Good luck.

+1 on Mika. It is my summer pocket carry, especially with cargo shorts. Really can't tell it is there at all. Very easy and super functional.
You will enjoy it. |

+1 here. Have one for my NAA Guardian 380. Very simple, but works as intended and will not break the bank.

I have one for a 642. I found it too bulky for pocket carry, but anything larger than the KT P3AT is too bulky for me.
