It certainly does in that pic...But 4 or 5 guys in Raybans, walking around an Isreali prime minister would scream I'm carrying even if they were wearing wife beaters. It doesn't look to me like it would stick out on an individual on the street or eating in a Wendys.

Here in MS I just about always wear a polo over a t-shirt, if not the heat, and sweat, would soke just one shirt. IWB feels alot better against a t-shirt rather then skin, It's hot about 7-8 months out of the year! I bowhunted in nov and it was 85.

I prefer OWB. I wear a T-shirt, casual pants or shorts, and an untucked dress (more or less) shirt. I prefer a shirt with stripes or some type of pattern for the same reason LimaTunes mentioned. I've used this method for a couple of Glocks and a 1911 Champion/Commander size.

I live in Florida, so it's pretty much year-round summer carry. I'm also around 6'2", which might make a difference.
