Service Holster for XD .40

OK. So I settled on the Springfield XD .40 Service Model (4") for carry as a Reserve Sheriff Deputy. Unfortunately, no one told me that a service holster is virtually impossible to find for these things. I would love to get a Bianchi Accumold Enforcer SLR in nylon, but there is no model made that I can find for the XDs.

Can anyone recommend ANY Retension Level 2 holsters for the XD?

I am not sure about the level, but what about BlackHawk Serpa CQC or something similar I recall?

Galco makes a holster named "Fletch" that has retention strap.

Have you checked Streicher Police Supply?

Safariland has a lot of duty holsters to choose from. That is where I bought mine when I was a uniform.

Thanks guys. Looks like the Safariland is the ticket. Is this a leather or synthetic holster though? Even their website doesn't say.

They have both. I just pulled up a holster to show you.

This is the holster I use for my XD-40 except I don't have the sentry installed:
