Homebrew shirt holster?
Hey all, I tried searching for this on the forum and on google but didn't find much...
I am curious if anyone has attempted to make their own shirt holster using a compression shirt (under armor style) and elastic and if so what their experience was... I am unfortunately on a budget or I would just purchase one. I have access to under armor style shirts for cheap so I thought maybe I could make it work. Thanks, Lumien |

I think a inexpensive nylon belt holster would work better. I have owned a few holster shirts(5.11, ect) most seem to be a bit lacking. Making your own probably wouldn't be any better.

In an underarmour or similar shirt sag may get ye unless yer wearing an exceptionally lite gun. Good idea though and if you try it without butchering up the shirt too bad ya haven't lost anything. Definitely worth a try. and don't expect first go-rounds to fly perfectly....first tries are normally telling you as much that werks as what doesn't

A Galco Underwraps (Belly Band) can be worn anywhere from slightly below your waist...up to your armpits, with almost any pistol location . And it works under ANY shirt, costs less than $25. Been around for decades. Why re-invent the wheel?

I sweat a lot. The last place I want my valuable gun to be is under my armpit.
