What are everyone's thoughts on IWB holsters? I'm not sure if I should go tuckable or untuckable.

I'm looking at Highnoon holsters Closing Argument.

While I don't use the tuckable option all the time, I like having it available. For IWB carry, I can't think of any good reason not to order a holster that way if the one you're looking at has the option, unless the price is a lot more and you wouldn't use it enough to justify the expense. That's a personal call, but in general, my advice is get the tuckable.

It really depends on the way you dress... personally I don't care for having a shirt tucked in over my holstered gun. I use a VM-II and either a tee shirt or some cover garment.

I carry a Blade-Tech UCH and normally with the polo covering it untucked. I do really enjoy having the option to tuck and do use it.

I have the tuckable type for 3 of my guns. Having that option doesn't mean you have to use it all the time so why not have it available. Mine are from Tucker Gunleather.

I carry in a Crossbreed Supertuck, and I love it. It is a little slower to access when my shirts tucked , but I just need to practice a little more and I should be able to access it just as quick, as with an untucked holster. The actions I use to access my firearm are the same whether it's tucked or untucked, left hand pulls my shirt out of the way, right hand grabs the pistol. As others have mentioned, with a tuckable , you always have the option of leaving it untucked. I don't always carry tucked, but it is nice to have the option especially when I'm going someplace that is a little nice.

Tuckability is a great option to have. The wonderful thing about most tuckable holsters is that there is usually no compromise between a tuckable version and an untuckable version of an IWB holster. So to me it's a win win to have a tuckable one, because you'll always have that option to tuck if the need comes up.

I prefer a tuckable holster. I rarely care tucked, but like having the option available for when I do.

It probably depends on what your carry gun is (as far as concealability).

If I need to tuck in my shirt, I go with a pocket holster or a Smartcarry if necessary.

Another vote FOR tuckable. I need to carry that way quite often.
When I don't, it works just as well under an un-tucked cover shirt.
