For me it is leather only. Just love the feel and look of a fine hand crafted leather holster.

Leather holsters look great, especially the ones made by the true craftsmen, but for me holsters are all about function so all my holsters are made from kydex.

The answer is ...... YES. Both have thier place and wear 'em both. My 'most used' holster lately has been my MTAC, which has both.

Plastic Guns for Plastic Holsters.
I prefer leather, although I do have two "plastic" holsters. I don't use them very much. In fact I don't think I've used my two plastic holsters in over a year. Leather is more comfortable and I like old world craftsmanship. Biker ![]()

I of course like leather.
![]() I had a customer provide a couple kydex moldings for my primary carry gun so I might just try a half and half just for fun. I made him a half and half but I don't need another new thing to learn how to do. ![]()

Correction: My Glocks travel in Milt Sparks leather..."leather perfection" for "Glock Perfection"....

Main use/choice = leather, but both have their place. For me, its kydex for pocket holsters, and leather for anything on my belt.
