Couple of answers to some questions would be helpful.

1. Is it for open or concealed carry?
2. Do you like OWB or IWB carry?
3. Where on the belt does it seam to feel right for carry?

For a larger and heavier gun, I would recommend a pancake style IWB with dual clips or loops to provide more support. For OWB, a good belt is more important that the holster and pancake style with belt slots cut in made for the hieght of the belt. (You don't want a 1.25" belt with 1.75" belt slots otherwise it moves around too much.

I hope this helps.

Look at Ken L Null's Gibraltar Speed Rocker, it is a great holster for belt use. Regards, Richard

Another option could be Bianchi 4597 Ranger Shadow Holster - Black, Right Hand 19002
