FIST Inc. makes hybrid holsters, Leather outside, kydex inside. Never used them but the concept looks neat.

I love good leather craftsmanship and leather won't produce wear spots on your gun. I prefer leather then fell in love with the Serpa holsters until I started seeing wear spots. Now I am back to leather. The secure "click" of holstering a kydex is neat, but it doesn't smell like leather.
