I love my Sparks belt, but let me toss another in the ring. Kramer makes a super belt of horsehide. I've got one I wore for ten years, still looks new. Too bad the darn thing shrunk!

Thanks for all the replies. I think I am going to order the Milt Sparks, but now I need to decide if I am going to go with shark or not. Does shark scream gun belt?

Shark does not scream gun belt.

"SHARK!" screams "Get Out Of The Water!"

Shark is very abrasion resistant and it is a classy, classic exotic.
Seriously it does not shout gun belt.
Some of the finest dress belts and High Dollar wallets and leather accessories are done in shark skin.
It's wonderful leather.

Rafter makes a nice shark belt , but it might be too thick for some holster.

When I called them, they said - Yes, same wait time for each product.

The Beltman USED to offer belts with a lizard patten-VERY nice. The horsie is also very nice as a EDC item.

I have a Rosen, its nice but the Beltman was faster. Order a sharkie (only comes in black) and be done with it.

Or if you feel lucky-order a Rafter S sharkie-and be done with it who-knows-when.

I have both horse and bullhide belts from the beltman. The bull is 1.25 and the horsehide is 1.5. The bullhide model is nice but the horsehide model is clearly stiffer and will hold up better IMHO.

I recently ordered a horsehide Beltman. It should be here in about a week. I'll give a report after trying it out.
