Brand new to Concealed Carry

I just got my new CHL last week and I am very new to Concealed Carry. Today I received a High Noon Split Decision IWB shirt tuckable holster in the the mail today. I am using it to carry a Kel-Tec P-11. The High Noon tuckable holster doesn't seem to print through my shirt, but it does have a black-metal clip around my belt showing. Do you think this visible clip around the belt gives away to the general public that you are carrying? Thanks in advance for your advice & help.

Welcome to the concealed carry community and to this forum.

If your belt is black and the holster clip is black, that helps.

With all the crap and electronic gizmos people strap to their sides these days, I doubt the general public will notice a thing.

Agreed, but I'd still put the clip under the belt.

Grayman, welcome from North Carolina. I agree with Tally, most if not all will assume its a cell phone or something else - the rest won't even notice.

Welcome, if you are really concerned you could buy non-tucking shirts (i.e. Hawaiian shirts, Woolrich Tactical shirts, etc).

Note: Your CCW seems appropriate...if it works for you, go for it. Don't worry about the black clip...NO ONE knows or cares...
