Highnoon Slide Guard?

I have a Mr. Softy and Bare Asset for my Glock 27 but now I'm looking for a OWB holster for the Glock 23. Anybody own a HN Slide Guard for a G-23?

For the price of the HN SG and the wait times, there are numerous other makes of OWB that may work as well for me. I'm actually looking for a good quality pancake style leather OWB highride at a 10 degree cant. With my smaller waist size of 31 inches I'd like the holster to be a thinner profile from front to aft. Suggestions appreciated.

By the way, my experience with Highnoon has been excellent. That's one of the reason's I'm leaning towards the Slide Guard.

Thats got a 15 degree cant, like between 1 and 2. More info here.Questions

We could always make it thinner if you do not like the weight of leather we use, but then the holster may not do what we designed it to do. To be honest, we do not think the human eye can detect if a holster is 2 or 3 oz thicker or thinner on any body type. The user, being self conscious can, but the regular people can not. You are also in a win win situation with us, if you do not like it just send it back. More info here Guarantee

Take Care

Thanks for the response Justin. I'm sorry but I should have clarified what I meant by thinner profile. I didn't mean the thickness or weight of the leather. I meant the side wings for the belt slots creating a "wider" profile. With my 31 inch waist, I'm trying to find a high quality owb pancake with belt slots that don't end up at 2:30 and 5 on my waist. I've been a LEO for 23 years and rarely not carry off-duty. Over the years I've owned several owb slot and tunnel loop holsters and they just don't pull the thick Glocks (or my older issued SW 5904) in close to my body like the pancake style.

Again, I've had excellent experiences with Highnoon. You stand by your holsters/belts 100% and that goes a long way in my book.

The Slide Guard is a great holster!! The thinner you get the tabs the more the gun will lean out. This holster holds it high and tight.
If I was asked what would make it better? Nothing!

I have a bare asset for my Kimber also.
The Slide Guard even keeps that thick USP in close
