NO, NO, NO! Put on a 20" chain with dog tags, then drop on your back. where's your dog tags? Plus the chain it hangs on is designed to break away, so someone grabs your shirt... chain breaks and your pistol is on the ground. BAD. Try a kydex holster with some velcro to keep the pistol in your pocket.

Repeat after me, NO neck carry.

If you have a good pocket holster, you can roll around on the ground and it won't come out.

High Noon has a few IWB choices for them. I like mine- hate having stuff in my pockets, but sometimes hard to go with anything bigger.

With that in mind, then, why not consider a UC Comfort t-shirt holster?

Fist kydex pocket holster (it's not like other pocket holsters)...it won't come out of your pocket...it hugs the thigh...only the gun comes out when you use the thumb push...no printing...the gun is solidly locked in the kydex...it will NOT tip in the pocket...

I did get out to a local gun shop last night and find an Uncle Mikes Pocket Holster. I tried it in the store and it held well so I purchased it (Along with a CTAC they had for my M&P ). I did have to physically restrain the same student last night while I had the UM on and it Held very well so I am pleased with the results. Thank you all for the input, I am still looking at some of these suggestions for when the funding comes available.

I see that you found a holster, but I wanted to mention that if you would decide on a Smartcarry, you get a discount if you tell them you heard about it on Tom Gresham's Gun Talk radio show.

That neck holster looks like it's on a string not a dog tag chain.
