My favorite option is the MTAC.

My other option is this lil beauty.Don Hume 721 OT.

In that case we'll make an exception, and I'll post the best OWB for CC for your G19 although I'll have to give you a pic of my G27 and Mitch Rosen's 'Upper Limit Express'. This was my first Glock carry holster and it will always be there when I need it. This rig rides very high as the bottom of the holster is not below the belt loops. It's also very secure.

+1 with Ram Rod, I use a Rosen UPL for my G23. I prefer a high riding neutral cant for most of my holsters
