Pictures of new K &D cochise and dakota defender
The defender is actually about a year old. After my daughter's wedding I decided to treat myself to a new ccw for the 9mm. Kevin as usual is a pleasure to buy from. I have loved the defender I am 5'7" and 160 and the big old xd 45c hides nicely. I decided to try Kevin for the smaller gun. It is very comfortable broke in quickly and is as usual a high quality piece of leather. Both are trimed in shark btw

Gingerkid,
Congrats on you're new holster! I love mine. I see you have both the NEW and OLD clips style. If you don't mind me asking, which of the clips do you prefer and why? Here's my Dakota with Para Carry 9: ![]()

I like the older clips btter they lock tighter and are broader and distribute the weight better. David

Very nice. I'm waiting on two Dakota Defenders (black) and am still wondering if I should add some exotic skin. Does it add any bulk? Since these will be IWB (tucked), nobody will really see them so I'm more concerned about comfort than looks with these two holsters.
