Desantis Nemesis vs. Superfly????

It seems to me the superfly would be the better choice. It is just the nemesis with a detachable flap right? Without the flap it should generally be the same size as the nemesis?

Super Fly flap also detachable. That's what makes it ambidextrous. I believe the Super Fly uses a different coating compound to make it stick in the pocket better.

I have the Superfly for my PPS and use it a lot, but think it is a little too big and thicker than I would prefer for a pocket holster. My Uncle Mike's pocket holster was the opposite, small and thin. I had to trim a little off the Superfly in order for me to get a proper grip, but that may be because the holster is made to fit many different models of pistols. Also works for either hand. I only use the flap when the pants or shorts are tight enough to show an outline. The flap breaks out the outline while making it more bulgier. The sticky isn't really sticky, just grippy.

I don't know about the other holster, but maybe my little review can help you out.

The Nemesis works just fine for me. I had a Superfly for about a day and the thicker material, plus the huge flap just didn't do it for me.

I forgot to mention that I now pocket carry the Super Fly without the flap. Guys carry such a variety of things in their pockets that identifying the bumps as parts of a pistol are unrealistic. Now thickness is not an issue.

Go superfly ad remove the flap if you need to. I have the Nemesis and wish I had the flap at times. Sometimes it is easy to define the gun.

My Kahr P9 goes in a Superfly without the flap and IWB just to the right of my zipper. The material is so sticky it won't budge, but there're no belt clips. So I can slip it on and off very easily and put it into a pocket if I want.

I have a Nemesis for my pocket carry guns. Including a Glock 26, Walther PPKs and P3AT.

In short, it's the best

I have the Supper Fly for my M&P40c and like it. Carries nicely in my jeans with the flap For some dress pant I have to remove the flap. It’s nice to have the option.
