Any standard 4.25" 1911 holster will work so yes there are many people that make them.

I was wondering that but didn't know if all 4.25" 1911s were the same size outside of barrel length.

Yup....any commander sized holster will work. I carry my CBOB in a Texas Heritage IWB by Tucker Gunleather - tuckable, well made and conceles amazingly well. Only problem is the 6 mos wait!!!!!!

I carry my Para 1911, 4 1/4" barrel in a Bianchi #100 IWB holster just under my right elbow. Very comfortable. Leather protects my side from the beaver tail. Rides low enough that it doesn't feel like it will flop out of the holster.
