Have any of our custom makers found a mold for the XD-M yet?

Just wondering exactly what the title says!

Sounds good to me, Nate - I may order up another Canute this fall!

Is the XD-M that much different than the XD to warrant it's own holster? Externally, they look very similar.

If I remember correctly, I think the slides are pretty different on them.

To be honest, no. The slide appears to be bevelled instead of the standard XD's step down, sig-ish slide. I haven't seen an "m", yet, but it would probably fit fine in a standard XD holster.

However, many like their holsters to be molded to the gun model they have, not just a close fit.

One of my favs has it on his site:
Holsters by Gun Type - BearClaw Holsters

I can't imagine Sparks and some of the others NOT having it, surely they do.

Just a note to the OP that several XDM dummies shipped today. Check with your favorite custom holster makers to see if they are getting one.

I can second this information as I received a call today from one of our suppliers.....

The XD-M mold was to be shipped today or tomorrow.
