Something else to consider might be the position you wear it in. 4:00-4:30 might help avoid the love handles. You might also check out gun-works.com. They have a very well made IWB holster which has both a large sweat shield and adjustable cant. They can deliver it to you in about a week.

Call Eric. He anwered your question with a solution. The man does OUTSTANDING leather work. His company is HBE Specialty Leatherworks. Have 4 of his holsters and they are all quality products.

Thanks! This project will stretch into Thanksgiving. The weather is breaking and I'll be going back to OWB for a bit. After hunting (4-legged critters) season, I'll get back to getting a good IWB with a skin guard large enough to cover the hammer and the beavertail. Great suggestions and feedback from everyone. A hearty THANKS to everyone!
