I am with you on the suppliers delaying delivery times. I had a run of luck with Pull The Dot did a production freeze, leather being delayed due to various reasons and even the weather.
I never realized what holster makers went through until I started really doing it. I have thrown away holsters that just weren't up to par or the color was wrong due to a sudden humidity change (found that out here in FL). I think any buyer, myself included, needs to weigh desire vs need. If you need a good holster NOW, there are plenty available. If it is a desire, wait time really should not matter. I have learned, like many other holster buyers, it is better to buy the best in what you want than settle. However, a fobus holster will work until the paddle from Little Feather gets in. The fobus can be sold or kept for a "oops" moment.
