PT140 carry
I'm sure this question has been asked before with another model gun but.... I have a Taurus PT140, but I am skiddish carrying it because of the safety. Cocked and locked how safe are they in a IWB holster? I feel better carrying one of my da semi's. Am I overly concerned or not?

I have a PT140 SA/DA version and carry with the safety off in IWB or OWB. With a proper holster that holds the gun well will protect the gun and trigger from being pulled. Without the trigger being pulled the striker will not hit the primer due to a mechanical block. So, no concern for me.

My son carries one in a Gould and Goodrich OWB. He swears by it and he has made two depolyments with the 82nd with at least 20+ firefights. He wouldn't use something that wouldn't be effective.
