I wear relaxed fit jean shorts and cargo shorts I don't find it to large for pocket carry as its basically the same size as my colt cobra/agent. I will say its noticeably a bit heavier than a light weight gun I've have gotten use to it,with a good gun belt holding your pants up and a good pocket holster its perfectly doable.
